Senior Specialist

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect(s) and the customer solution team to validate and refine customer requirements, ensuring they are accurately represented and achievable.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, product development, and customer solution delivery, SITA engineering practices to ensure a seamless alignment of business needs and technical solutions.
• Translate complex technical and operational requirements into clear technical or functional specifications, facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, confirm, and negotiate requirements, serving as a bridge between customer expectations and technical implementation.
• Provide expertise in implementing added functionality, addressing specific application enhancements, and incorporating user community functionality requirements into the solutions.
• Collaborate on the design and enhancement of existing applications, ensuring alignment with the overall solution strategy.
• Work closely with the sales team to analyze diverse business challenges and requirements that go beyond our core products, tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Devise inventive technical solutions that cater to customer needs, emphasizing practicality, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of SITA products, services, and industry best practices to assist in designing advanced solutions owned by the Solution Architect, creating a competitive advantage.
• Maintain thorough documentation of proposed solutions, facilitating seamless execution by the implementation team and ensuring project success.

Who you are

• You have a master\'s or bachelor\'s degree in technology.
• You have 6+ years of work experience in the required skill set for this role.
• You have following certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) & Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
• You have proven experience in responding to RFPs and possess a comprehensive understanding of the RFP process, enabling you to craft compelling proposals.
• You possess extensive experience in business consulting, specializing in the alignment of technical and operational requirements for complex solutions.
• You excel in facilitating workshops, negotiating requirements, and effectively managing technical changes to meet customer expectations.
• Your strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to mentor and coach make you a valuable asset to our customer solution team and the broader organization.
• You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with diverse teams to bridge the gap between technical and business needs, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
• Analyse and document customer requirements and business process.
• Liaise with development teams to determine effort, feasibility, scheduling, etc.
• Your expertise lies in translating and ensuring the feasibility of technical and business requirements, working closely with Solution Architects, pre-sales teams, and cross-functional units.
