The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMYou will be part of the team that provides technical support to and proactively manages SITA for Aircraft customers to ensure the highest performance of Cockpit communication products. These products include a set of solutions to Airlines and Air Navigation Service Providers.You will be responsible for providing expert problem resolution, service implementation, training, and presales technical support for all Cockpit communication products to customers in the region (airlines, avionics manufacturers, resellers, and Air Navigation Service Providers).WHAT YOUxe2x80x99LL DOxc2xb7Provide expert problem resolution and service implementation for SITA for Aircraft Cockpit communication services.
xc2xb7Handle customer inquiries, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
xc2xb7Implement SITA for Aircraft Cockpit services, ensuring timely delivery.
xc2xb7Maintain customer data integrity and configuration profiles.
xc2xb7Monitor product performance indicators and proactively recommend improvement measures when necessary.
xc2xb7Collaborate with customers to optimize their use of SITA for Aircraft services.
xc2xb7Analyze and distribute reports to airlines and internal teams.
xc2xb7Work closely with Customer Program Managers on technical support.
xc2xb7Channel customer feedback to Product and Business Development teams.
xc2xb7Provide pre-sales technical support to Business Development and Account teams. Qualifications:ABOUT YOUR SKILLSxc2xb7University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Aviation.
xc2xb71-5 years of professional experience in technical support, preferably in the airline, aviation, or telecommunications industry.
xc2xb7Experience in multi-country, multi-disciplinary, and multicultural organizations.
xc2xb7Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
xc2xb7Excellent communication and customer service skills.NICE-TO-HAVExc2xb7Experience with satellite or terrestrial VHF radio communications.
xc2xb7Familiarity with avionics and airframe manufacturer operations
