• This role will primarily involve creating AI-assisted content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, feature articles, success stories, and internal newsletters

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and present AI success stories from across the organization, highlighting the impact and benefits of AI adoption; integrate AI-generated content into broader marketing strategies and campaigns

• Manage and update AI-related content on internal platforms and other company communication channels

• Assist in organizing and delivering internal AI-focused webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and other educational events to promote AI adoption and understanding within JLL

• Leverage AI for predictive marketing analytics, customer engagement chatbots, and automated social media content creation and scheduling

• Should have an impeccable grasp of the English language and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice; ensure adherence to company style guides; excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for proofreading documents

• This position offers hands-on experience with diverse AI models and tools, allowing you to optimize content creation processes and enhance efficiency; apply AI knowledge to practical use cases, engage in continuous learning, and play a key role in driving AI innovation within JLLs marketing strategies

• Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate and marketing industries, providing insights and recommendations to the team

• As an AI evangelist, this role offers the opportunity to influence organization-wide AI adoption and shape JLLs future AI strategies

• Prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and effectively manage workload to ensure all projects are delivered on time

• Possess excellent people skills - being able to interact with stakeholders, colleagues, and management in a professional and collaborative manner

Key skills and experience

• The role requires 8-10 years of professional experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role with a focus on technology or AI, and an understanding of functional skills
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and ability to explain them in simple, engaging way
• Familiarity with AI models and AI-assisted content generation tools; ability to implement these tools for content optimization and personalized recommendations
• A methodical thinker who can create content that aligns with specific project objectives while also supporting broader business goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), content management systems, and enterprise communication software like Poppulo
• Experience in working with one or more AI language models (e.g., GPT) and organizing webinars or online educational events
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of AI and marketing
• Responsiveness to communication and tasks is key while ensuring all best practices are applied
