Drives analytical projects to support our tender management process and improve quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance - contribute to business performance by the way of ensuring contribution margin across customers are pro\xef\xac\x81table/positive. Ensure the process has strong controls
Ensure all processes are performed as per the agreed terms in Service Level Agreement - Timely & Accurate.
Respond to customer RFI/RFPs/ RFQs
Create other stand-alone documents/responses describing organizational capabilities, products & services, footprints, financial strengths, etc.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure responses/answers are complete, accurate and maximizes Maersks chances of moving into next round/win
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve response quality, add more responses to existing database
Provide effective and structured communication of status and progress of RFI/RFP to Sales/KCM/OPM or other internal stakeholders
Maintain a repository of RFI/RFP responses, collaterals or other documents as required
Manage & update the RFI Database periodically and on ad-hoc bases, as required
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and SLA's are maintained for all processes handled.
Strict adherence to APM-M Group culture, values and reputation and ensure compliance with APM-M Group and CB policies.
Ensure that all major risks are identi\xef\xac\x81ed, documented and appropriately dealt with. Actively participate in relevant business contingency testing. Support other GSCs during contingency procedures.
People Management

Preferred Skills
Graduate, ideally Finance and Accounting, Operations & Supply Chain, Marketing 4-6 years of Experience in Tender contracting processes (Must Have)
Excellent communication skills, with Good command over written & spoken English (Must Have)
Complete understanding of end-to-end SCM business/ internal processes Basic knowledge of capacity management/preparing staf\xef\xac\x81ng plan
Work closely and effectively with regional and global stakeholders by ef\xef\xac\x81ciently responding to RFIs, RFQs/tenders of solutions-driven customers.
Track record for successful performance
Strategic influencing and stakeholder management and Project Management capabilities
Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas and support for positive change
Understand work in an agile manner, High analytical / problem-solving skills Strong Process and people leadership skills
Proactive leader with customer service mindset
Large scale improvement (standardization and process capability) implementation experience, with strong continuous improvement mindset
