\xc3\xb8 Ability to re-imagine / re-engineer corporate Banking business processes across products and services to decipher Value Stream metrics\xc3\xb8 Implementation of Banking products used for Core Banking, Branch Operations, Trade Finance, Lending, Customer & Account On-boarding, Treasury\xc3\xb8 Expertise in atleast 2-3 of below corporate banking sub-domain areas: Deposits, Lending & Lease Financing, Trade Finance, Securitization & Loan Trading, Institutional Payments and Cash Management\xc3\xb8 Hands-on in business process modelling / value stream maps with the help of BPMN, UML, Value Stream Maps, SIPOC techniques\xc3\xb8 Manage relationships and coordinate work between different cross functional teams and locations throughout the value stream\xc3\xb8 Conduct regular value stream mapping exercises to regularly identify strengths & weaknesses (bottlenecks, service quality, capacity, workflow layouts etc.) using lean principles\xc3\xb8 Measure and monitor flow metrics for value stream performance/health and to identify opportunities for improvement\xc3\xb8 Prepare and analyze current state processes, data and outputs/outcomes as well as future state workings without compromising regulatory requirements\xc3\xb8 Negotiate action plan and manage all value stream implementation activities\xc3\xb8 Execute and oversee value stream management best practices\xc3\xb8 Communicate all key project plans commitments and changes including requirements QA plans schedule and scope changes\xc3\xb8 Manage value stream backlog release windows and cycles using Agile best practices and frameworks like SAFe, LeSS etc.\xc3\xb8 Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality\xc3\xb8 Coordinate release content based on target objectives and development needs to accelerate feature delivery, while addressing technical debt\xc3\xb8 Conduct Release Readiness reviews Milestone Reviews and Business Go No Go reviews\xc3\xb8 Tool Preference : Planview or similar VSM platformsCandidate Profile:Trade Finance, business analysisExp : 8 to 15 yrsLocation : Chennai / Pune/ Bangalore/ Mumbai / Hyderabad / Kolkata
