• 12?14 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including General Ledger (GL), record-to-report processes, and reconciliations.

• Expertise in entity-based accounting, cash, bank, and treasury management.

• Proven experience handling audit requests, queries, and statutory compliance for global entities, including local financial statements.

• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and account consolidation.

• Experience with US GAAP is highly preferred.

• Oversee and apply accounting principles in entity-based financial operations.

• Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting, including bank and intercompany transactions.

• Serve as both an individual contributor and team manager, leading sub-teams efficiently.

• Ensure work allocation and timely execution across the team.

• Collaborate with auditors and address compliance issues in coordination with key stakeholders.

• Ensure statutory compliance and effective financial reporting.

• Manage a portfolio-specific General Ledger (GL), ensuring adherence to deadlines.

• Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing. ? Proactively resolve conflicts and streamline financial processes.

• Oversee outsourced agencies to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Identify and implement process improvements and system optimizations. About Us:
