That`s why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.About the Role:Cybersecurity analyst carries out security measures to protect an organization\'s computer networks and systems, drives security incidents to timely and complete resolution, supports cyber security initiatives through both predictive and reactive analysis. Junior level serves as a frontline and will receive guidance from Senior Analysts. The Analyst\'s area of focus will be EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), EPP (Endpoint Protection) and BitLocker.Soft-Skills required:- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and an ability to analyse complex technical information.Technical-Skills required:- Good IT skills, including knowledge of computer networks, operating systems, software, hardware, and security.- An understanding of the cyber security risks associated with various technologies and ways to manage them.- A good working knowledge of various security technologies such as network and application firewalls, host intrusion prevention and anti-virus.- Technical Writing and Reporting Skills.The following task should be performed:- EDR Platform Management.- Support EDR agent on Windows, Macintosh, and Linux.- Support BitLocker on Windows clients.- Life Cycle Management of EDR agents.- Tuning and Optimization of EDR policies.- Documentation and Reporting.- Follow Incident, Change and Problem Management.- Support 24/7 security coverage across entire organisation (Work divided between shifts).- Stay current on IT security trends and news.- Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.Work Your Magic with us!Ready to explore, break barriers, and discover more?
