Revenue Assurance. Invoicing, Accounting, Collections, process Efficiency, Stakeholder management & GovernanceSr Specialist: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Base Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: AR ManagerKey Role Responsibilities:

• Build effective process of SLA, KPI governance
• Ensure timely invoicing according to agreed-upon terms.
• Generate and send out accurate invoices to clients based on the services.
• Review and verify billing data, ensuring accuracy and completeness before invoicing clients.
• Drive regular governance & review with stakeholders / counterparts
• Ensure 100% Revenue Assurance of the services rendered by the company
• Ensure Timely invoicing of all the services rendered by the company
• Ensure correct accounting of Invoice and receipt of customers
• Ensure compliances of company's credit policy with SOP Adherence
• Prepare Monthly reports as required with respect to Accounts Receivable
• Complete Month-End Closing activities timely
• To look at the opportunities to implement Automation and Process Improvement to make the processes more standard and efficient
• Supervising Intercompany Reconciliations of all Legal Entities in the region
• ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness
• Process Standard Monthly Journal, accrued revenue analysis & reporting
• Responsible for managing internal and statutory audits pertaining to General Accounting

• Excellent communication skills
• Prior team handling with 5-8 yrs experience
• Experience in major ERP's like Oracle is a plus
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Flexible to work from office
