[Outstationed candidates (North East, West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Uttrakhand, Panjab etc.) those who have worked in Uttar Pradesh or North India and have knowledge of bulk cooking would be preferred]. He should able to handle whole of Kitchen operations HACCP, Quality controls, inviting, guest food, menu planning, cost handling, quality controls, banquets. His duties will include recruiting new employees, responding to customer issues, and developing new menu options. You should have excellent communication skills with in-depth knowledge of several cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
