1. Exploring new suppliers for forging, casting, machining, Gears & Shafts.

2. New supplier approvals, NDA signoff & registration based on Supplier site Assessment.

3. Involvement in technical review to estimate the best process cost.

4. RFQ handling, hand on experience in product and process costing

5. Suppliers Quote Comparison analysis, cost validation & negotiation with suppliers to meet the product/project target price.

6. Tool cost negotiation & finalization with supplier.

7. Continues tracking of RM prices trend & timely raw material price revisions as per market for forging & casting commodity

8. Suppliers financial assessment, Supplier derisking, and Suppliers Consolidation.

9. Define, develop, negotiate, and contract strategic sourcing solutions that meet businesses requirements and enhance profitability by controlling or reducing costs,improving payment terms, reducing inventory, and optimizing supply chain efficiencies.

10.Develop a sourcing plan for both for local and international sources, so that fast and effective sourcing operations are possible.

11.Creates and implements supplier management programs to develop, improve and monitor supplier KPIs to manage the supply base.

12.Ability to fully interpret engineering drawings and specifications is required.

13.Need to ensure that the decisionmaking process is supported by technical and functional knowledge of the category and leadingedge analytical methods which encompass people, systems, and financial measures.

14. Supervise every negotiation and provide guidelines to prepare documents for purchasing and making a contract.

15.Monitor sourcing strategy.
