- Well versed with medical device software development and testing process.
- Collaborate with software engineers, hardware engineers, and scientific staff to analyze software requirements.
- Relevant experience in software testing, validation, and verification roles is essential.
- Familiarity with the medical device industry and its regulations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are important.
- Must possess strong knowledge of RA/QA/Commercial disciplines and solid knowledge of software development Life cycle.
- Must possess a strong knowledge of quality and general business systems such as ISO13485 and 21 CFR
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in executing an end-to-end verification cycle for Class II or Class III medical device.
- Experience in using tools such as DOORS, RQM, JIRA, CleaQuest
- Ability to organize and present technical status to Technical Leader.
- Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus
- Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) can be advantageous.
- Understanding of and adherence to FDA, ISO and IEC design control procedures, regulations and standards.
