Job Requisition ID # 23WD71290 Position Overview As we transition from a world of desktop products to that of products powered by cloud services, we\'re building our core underlying cloud fabric and kernel that is comprised of massively scalable, always-on, globally deployed cloud infrastructure services that underpin our customer facing systems. Engineers across product teams at Autodesk utilize our kernel services to build our next generation of rich customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated QA engineer to help validate our Autodesk\'s worldwide data infrastructure. You will be part of a team that builds, designs, and deploys data platforms that will enable granular exchange of data between Autodesk products and third-party applications. The successful candidate has a strong sense of ownership and can adapt to solve challenging problems. Responsibilities Write, develop, and own test plans for both automated and manual tests, using right tooling and integration with the product development process for a specific business area of the application Document, communicate, and prioritize bugs across the application. Ensure stakeholders are kept informed across different teams. Lead the scrum teams in bug bashes before feature release Perform functional testing of new and existing features in an agile development environment with shorter sprint cycles Identify automatable scenarios and write automation tests to support faster release of code in a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment Improve the code quality by implementing new tests, building reusable components, and refactoring existing tests. Perform peer review of automation tests and suggest ways to improve code quality and automation test coverage Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define quality. Clearly communicate delivery risks and suggest the best approach to resolve the issues Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably any 3D modeler used in Architectural and Construction industry Creating and running test cases in Zephyr or similar tools Experience in Desktop UI testing using frameworks such as Test Complete or similar Proficiency in programming languages like C# .NET, Java Comfortable working in desktop-based applications and windows environment Working experience/knowledge in Agile methodology BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience programming in C# Experience testing AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D or other AEC/CAD tools is a big plus Building automation tests using any of the automation frameworks such as - MS Tests, Karate, Cypress.io, Selenium, Cucumber, Specflow etc Experience in continuous delivery of test automation in a CI/CD infrastructure such as - Jenkins Understand, embrace, and promote Agile methodologies, principles, and values #LI-AC3 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
