Should have worked in a Dynamic environment while handling multiple projects parallely. Previous Medical Domain experience is preferred.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Product Vision & Strategy:Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business goals and customer needs. * Clearly communicate the product vision to the scrum team and ensure alignment with the business\' strategic objectives.Product Backlog Management:Collaborate with global Product Owner to manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed by working with the architects/scrum team members * Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation.

• Translate high level strategy product direction into work breakdown and prioritization for the backlog
• Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on changing requirements, marketing feedback, and technical feasibility.

Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact between business unit stakeholders and the scrum team. * Gather and translate business requirements into product features and functionality in collaboration with global Product Owner

• Regularly communicate progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Sprint Planning & Execution:Collaborate with the Scrum Master and scrum team during sprint planning, ensuring that high-priority tasks are selected for development. * Experience with agile product development including requirements and work management in epics and stories

• Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to provide guidance and clarity on product requirements.
• Ensure that the development team fully understands the features and delivers high-quality, customer-focused products.

Success Measurement:Define and track product backlog readiness and make data-driven decisions for future improvements * Having a complete overview of the quality standards of the product and guide the team accordinglyDIFFERENTIATING FACTORSRequired Knowledge and Experience: Requires advanced knowledge of job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

• Solid understanding of software development processes & functional use cases and the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
• Practical knowledge of Product and its usecases
• Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a PO and managing the stakeholders
• Readiness to understand and enhance the product functionally
• Should be excellent in stakeholder management
• Experienced in managing teams with end to end product accountability
• Excellent communication skills
• Should have handled dynamic work environment and show flexibility in playing multiple roles where needed to ensure the product commitments and quality
• Proven track record of building effective, collaborative relationships with OU
• Should be instrumental in engaging and driving any process changes
• Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a must. Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
• Leadership: Strong leadership abilities to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive results.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering

• Communicates with senior internal and external customers and vendors.
• Exchange information of facts, status, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and priorities.

Leadership and Talent Management:

• May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
• May manage projects, requiring delegation of work and review of others\' work product.
