In Express System Integration BPMS team, we are passionate on delivering faster time to market solution for DHL Express divisions. Helping the divisions to have the most optimized solutions.



You will be part of our BPMS DevSecOps team developing and supporting solutions built on SoftwareAG webMethods BPM (Business Process Management). You will play the Technical Lead in projects to :



• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for webMethods BPM applications.


• Lead the analysis, design, testing and optimizing business process solutions using SoftwareAG webMethods Business Process Management (BPM) Suite.


• Direct collaboration with system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases.


• Oversee the automation, optimization, and maintenance of webMethods BPM systems, implementing best practices for scalability and security.


• Supervise system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.


• Develop cloud security solutions to ensure critical resolution of system issues.


• Ensure critical resolution of system issues


• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide guidance on complex issues.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer - webMethods BPM, having proven and expert understanding on SAG webMethods BPMS (Process Engine, Task Engine, Process Modelling, Business Rules Engine) is mandatory. Deep and strong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies and extensive experience in webMethods integration tools (webMethods System Integration, SAG Designer, webMethods JDBC Adapter, webMethods MQ Adapter, Universal Messaging) will also be an integral part of this role.



You are a technology aficionado, therefore you are required to have proficiency in data analysis, design and modelling as well as database design and SQL as well as messaging (MQ).



Extensive experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, containerization and cloud is a plus.



Strong knowledge and understanding in applications support, incidents and problems management, broad knowledge in automation, development, testing and operations methodologies and tools.



You are able to work independently, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus having excellent communication skills and being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.



More than 8 years of experience with SoftwareAG's webMethods BPMS.



Having certification in SoftwareAG webMethods BPM is a plus and previous experience in a leadership role is highly desirable.
