We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofSenior Software Engineer In this role, you will: Experience in design and development of PEGA CDH applications using PegaSystems Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC 8.1.x and above) at least 7+ years development experience with Pega PRPC. Good understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelines. Knowledge in Design, Development, Migration and Deployment of PRPC and Enterprise Java applications. Demonstrated experience designing and developing process based solutions. End to End experience of PRPC-based application design and implementation Use proven communication skills to collaborate with the business to understand/influence business requirements. Need to possess excellent skills to Identify and drive process optimization and process streamlining for client Business processes. Excellent knowledge and experience on Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design and application profiling. Strong knowledge on various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types like Activities, Functions, Data Transforms, Authentication Service, Reporting, Agents and Ruleset. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 7+ years of development experience Knowledge and experience in integrations like SOAP, REST Has experience in working Agile projects Knowledge on XML , Java ,SQL Must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life-cycle, and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development. CRM domain knowledge is a plus and/or having idea about any competitor CRM tool, preferable CRM Marketing module. Demonstrated understanding of Object-Oriented software development principles. Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to J2EE, .Net, Oracle and MS/SQL. Should have working experience on Situation Layer Cake concepts and adopted the same while defining project architecture Should have working knowledge on PEGA CDH, Architecture, Pega Version Upgrade, managing the parallel development. Indexing, Arching & Purging, Session management, Customized logging, creating custom Guardrail, very good knowledge on SMA and System Reports (Class Dependencies, Rule Dependents, etc). Should have conducted architecture design reviews, code walkthroughs, and performance and security reviews. Reporting with expertise in BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange). Excellent knowledge on PEGA CDH solution Life Cycle using Pega - PRPC. Scalability and Performance tuning the application, App server and database. Support /Guide teams in Creation of re-usable assets, frameworks, solution packs.
