We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Marketing Title.
In this role, you will: The responsibilities entail areas such as (but not limited to),

• Requirement analysis: Analyze the requirements. Take lead in discussing the feasibility, analyzing and finalizing the requirements, provide inputs on estimating the effort and schedule.
• Impact Analysis: Identify the dependencies and blockers beforehand and suggest a remediation plan for them.
• Design: Develop / Review the Technical Design. The design/architecture must conform to the department and organization’s tactical and strategic objectives. Raise issues if any in advance to the concerned teams/Business.
• Coding: Analyze, develop/review code as per specifications. Ensure to have all the code to be in line with the defined coding standards and best practices.
• Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results. Fix any defects in line with shift left philosophy. Ensure the quality of deliveries and ensure conformance to the outlined processes and practices.
• Testing: Engage with source and downstream interface teams. Deliver well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget.
• Implementation: Conduct Release planning sessions near the end of each sprint, prepare/review plan for implementation and ensure smooth execution of releases.
• Support: Provide post implementation support. Participate in the 24x7 oncall support duties and own the responsibility for fixing any and all events in production.
• Audits: Must have better understanding of SOX audit requirements and executions. Ensure full compliance with SOX, PWC and various other audit requirements.
• Working independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement Mainframe, ETL(DataStage) and Web based Java applications.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 4 Year IT experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience on Mainframe Technologies and tools,
  • Cobol
  • JCL and Syncsort
  • Eazytrieve
  • Endevor
  • File Manager/Fileaid
  • Debug/Xpeditor
  • Spufi, SQLPA
• Extensive knowledge on the principles of DB2 and hand-on experience with writing complex SQLs.
• Must have prior experience of Production support / 24x7 Oncall support.
• Should have good understanding of Agile ways of working (Scrum/Epic/Kanban, Sprints..) and DevOps.
• Should have know-how of mainframe applications interactions with ETL (Data Stage) and Web based Java applications including the middleware like MQ, GSI and file transmission protocols like Connect Direct, SFTP.
• Prior understanding/knowledge/experience with Credit Risk methodologies & reporting, Dodd frank act and Basel 6 regulatory requirements, and SOX, EARS, PWC Audit requirements is preferable.
