We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of system design, and a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and deployment of our software products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality.About the Team:Vendor Management product group is focused on building a platform which provides efficient communication, data syndication and process automation with the goal to provide Lowe\xe2\x80\x99s Business partners (Merchants, SC/Compliance & Finance) tools to improve decision making , vendor satisfaction and ease of doing business with Lowe\xe2\x80\x99s.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• 6 years of experience in software development or a related field with a strong experience in Java and related Web technologies
• 5 years of experience in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)

• Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)

• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with microservices architecture

• 5 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master\'s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• 6 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization
• 6 years of experience working with defect or incident tracking software
• 6 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software development environment
• 3 years of experience leading teams, with or without direct reports
• 5 years of experience working with source code control systems
• Experience working with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment tools
• 5 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
