QA Senior


• 7-10 years of experience in ETL Testing having end-to-end knowledge and people management
• Thorough knowledge on QA principles and methodologies
• Designing and creating test scripts for testing and implementing ETL test solutions for data warehouse
• Assist test team in the development of all testing-related documentation, including test cases/scripts, and defect reports
• Extensive testing experience on a large-scale data warehouse environment
• Knowledge in handling Stories in JIRA Tool and capable of working in Agile model
• Ensure that test case standards are adhered to for all test cases included in regression suite
• Analyze/profile data to meet project needs and seed test data using Structure Query Language (SQL), to ensure complete coverage of business requirements, functional and technical specifications are met
• Should have lead experience in handling the team
• Test END to End Orchestration and validate data reconciliation from source to destination thru all layers as per the Business requirements
• Strong ETL & SQL testing background required, ability to develop complex SQL scripts that validate business requirements and source to target mapping within the data warehouse
• Ability to run ETL Jobs and test scripts to process in Test environment for end-to-end validation
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
• Actively participate in walkthrough inspection review and user group meetings for quality assurance Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating data quality
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, particularly in a multi-cultural environment
• Experience in formulating Test Strategy, planning & execution
• Ability in building and managing teams (internal & external), and making strategic decisions towards project delivery; experience preferred
• Ability to lead external teams(vendors) and oversee day-to-day work
• Ability to lead teams working on different projects and guide them as necessary
• Proven experience in resource coordination & stakeholder management
