• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in the IT industry.
• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, system operation guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Manage documentation lifecycle, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.
• Technical Research: Conduct thorough research to understand new technologies and their implications on current systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Develop and maintain documentation standards and processes.
• Participate in agile development meetings to provide input on documentation requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of user manuals, release notes, and other technical documentation.
