Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company's technical team and also should be able to proactively take part in all the projects they undertake.

1. To learn and adapt best practices like writing clean and reusable code.

2. To use and advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end users as early as possible.

3. To work in a collaborative, value-driven team to build innovative experience for our end users.

4. To create large-scale distributed systems out of microservices .

5. To collaborate with a variety of teammates to build features, design concepts and interactive prototypes and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded along the way.

6. To efficiently utilize DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software, advocating devops culture and shifting security left in development.

7. To oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between.

8. To act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Should have experience using one or more development languages such as Java or Nodejs and React or JavaScript , etc with experience in Object-Oriented and functional programming .

2. Should be able to skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code.

3. Should be comfortable with Agile methodologies , such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban .

4. Should have good awareness of TDD , continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools, along with the working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, GCP, and Docker.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as Tech Lead.

Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma or Equivalent.

Salary: 14, 00,000/- to 15, 00,000/- LPA.

Note: Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Job Location: Coimbatore - (Work from Office).
