Job Type: [Insert Full-Time]Job Summary: The Senior Jira Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and management of Jira Software environments. This includes overseeing complex workflow configurations, managing integrations with other tools, and ensuring the smooth transition of Jira instances from Data Center to Cloud. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of BigPicture, Structures, RichFilters, and other Jira plugins, as well as the capability to create and manage intricate workflows that support our business processes. KeyResponsibilities: * Jira Administration:

• Administer and support multiple Jira instances, ensuring their performance, scalability, and reliability. xe2x80xa2 Manage user permissions, roles, and groups to maintain system security and integrity. xe2x80xa2 Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, and issue types to meet business requirements.

• DC to Cloud Migration:

• Lead the migration of Jira from Data Center to Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity. xe2x80xa2 Develop and execute migration plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the migration are aligned with business needs.

• Workflow Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex workflows, automations, and integrations that streamline processes. xe2x80xa2 Utilize advanced Jira functionalities to support project management, issue tracking, and reporting. xe2x80xa2 Provide expert advice on best practices for Jira usage and workflow optimization.

• Plugin Management:

• Administer and support plugins such as BigPicture, Structures, RichFilters, etc. xe2x80xa2 Evaluate and implement new plugins to enhance Jira functionality. xe2x80xa2 Ensure plugins are kept up-to-date and compatible with Jira versions.

• Support & Training:

• Provide level 3 support for Jira-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems. xe2x80xa2 Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and junior administrators. xe2x80xa2 Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Jira and related technologies, ensuring the organization leverages the latest features and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a Jira Administrator, with a proven track record of managing largescale Jira environments.

• Extensive experience in Jira Data Center to Cloud migration.

• Strong expertise in BigPicture, Structures, and RichFilters. Certifications:

• Atlassian Certified Professional Jira Administrator (ACP-120) required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Jira administration, including configuring projects, workflows, permission schemes, and notifications

• Knowledge of database management and SQL for Jira data manipulation.

• Experience with REST APIs and integrating Jira with other tools. Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
