We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Control Solutions System Adminsitor to join our team. In this role, you will actively participate in the development process for automated system control solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to assess controls, maintain control inventory, define control requirements, and coordinate system testing and implementation. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of audit requests

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the development process for automated system control solutions.

• Engage in all activities during the control assessment process, providing valuable insights and expertise.

• Maintain an updated Control Inventory, accurately documenting control requirements and their status.

• Collaborate with application teams to understand and define Control Requirements.

• Build control requirements based on industry standards and organizational guidelines.

• Perform Control ID management, assigning and organizing control IDs effectively.

• Communicate detailed control requirements to developers, ensuring a shared understanding of expectations.

• Coordinate all activities related to system testing, including creating test plans and coordinating with testing teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement controls in production, ensuring proper deployment and functionality.

• Coordinate and facilitate the execution of audit requests, delivering the necessary documentation and support.

• 2-3 years of experience in both MVS and AS400 environments, with expertise in tools such as ISPF, CA7, VSAM, Cobol, DB2, JCL, DB2, CL, and Robot.

• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and other network protocols.

• Strong analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems in a large-scale environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows products, including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, Visual Studio, and TFS.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using Infogix ACR/Summary, ACR/Detail, and ACR/Connector tools for coding controls based on control requirements.
