The Senior Software Engineer, SAP Order to Cash is responsible for driving solutions to enable effective and efficient outcomes for the BMS business. Through strong collaboration and a focus on business success, this person drives design and implementation activities for the Order to Cash functionality in SAP including integration with other areas such as Order to Cash, Supply Chain, etc. This person has a good understanding of working in an FDA and GxP environment. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash functionality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing solutions by using the SAP S/4HANA application as well as related bolt-on, related tools and integrations tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Order to Cash requirements globally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accountable for delivery of projects on time and on budget, adhering to high-quality development principles \xe2\x80\xa2 Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage stakeholder communications for projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develops self and others through training and project work assignments. Qualifications & Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 to 7 years of experience implementing projects in SAP Order to Cash with full cycle SAP implementations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA - OM (Order Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution). \xe2\x80\xa2 Integration knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), and Direct Procurement (PROC) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience implementing SAP solutions for Pharmaceutical industry, in FDA and GxP regulated environment is an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience implementing SAP interfaces in an FDA and GxP regulated environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience managing projects or components of large projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to deal with ambiguity in problem definition and organizational relationships. Experience working in a matrix organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to manage work across virtual teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong oral and written presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates openness to learning new skills and helping others to raise their \xe2\x80\x9ctechnology quotient\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team.
