Together, were working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the worlds biggest health challenges.The Senior Software Engineer for HemoCue is responsible for HemoCues digital solutions which includes mobile, desktop and cloud applications.This position is part of the HemoCues R&D team at Danaher India Development Center (IDC) in Bangalore and will be hybrid. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.You will be a part of the software team and report to the Engineering Manager responsible for HemoCue s digital solutions. • Design and Develop the UI/UX targeting web application as per the product architecture, requirements ensuring adherence to the software development processes.
• Code and unit testing of the feature/modules including appropriate design reviews and code inspections.
• Investigate software/system problems to isolate the root cause and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (locally & globally) to ensure product releases meet quality, performance, scalability, reliability, responsiveness of applications and schedule goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Masters in software engineering or Masters in Computer Applications or equivalent with 4-8 years of proven experience in software development on web pages using ReactJS, Redux toolkit and typescript.
• Expert in translating Figma designs to code and integration with REST end points.
• Extensive skill with web data plotting and charts with libraries like D3.js.
• Optimizing and improving performance of web application.
• Experience with implementing good Search Engine Optimization practices.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Good knowledge in secure coding practices.
• Work experience in agile/scrum environment.
• Working experience on cloud, preferably AWS.
