Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements. Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Code Review and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on Rust programming language and software engineering principles. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Rust language and ecosystem. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance development efficiency. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise in Rust programming language. Drive architectural decisions and participate in design discussions. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred. Proven experience as a software engineer, with a strong focus on Rust programming language. Experience with systems programming, concurrency, and low-level programming concepts. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with development tools and libraries in the Rust ecosystem. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Open-source contributions or participation in Rust community is desirable.
