Your estimated work schedule will be as follows:

Office Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM, Monday to Friday

Elarafy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Back-End Developer Team Lead to join our innovative team. As a vital member of our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a talented group of backend developers while contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Contribute to overall sprint planning and manage the backend team's sprints.

Design, develop, and implement complex backend systems, following best practices and industry standards.

Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and promote continuous improvement practices.

Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions.

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the backend development space.

Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a back-end developer. (Please do not apply if you have less experience than required, your resume will be automatically rejected)

Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Experience with building scalable and reliable backend systems.

Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., , PHP, Java, Node.js, Go), preferably PHP Laravel and Node.js.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills:

Experience designing efficient queries for back-end's interface with a database.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
