Job Description

The Role: The Developer will work closely with cross functional teams, QA teams and other development teams to ensure a timely and high-quality delivery. Will have to coordinate and work with the members in a global team in an Agile way. We are looking for an individual that can apply discipline, create solid software products and be accountable for deliverables.Responsibilities
+ Create, develop and maintain the software code base of Data products working in an agile environment.
+Analyses and reviews system requirements. Uses requirement and other design documents to gain overall understanding of the functionality of the new or enhanced application.
+ Participate actively in the build phases, to aim at producing high quality deliverables.
+ Provide recommendations on product and development environment improvements.Requirements
+ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
+ 5-7 years of experience working as a software developer with Python or Java as the primary programming language, in a Unix environment.
+ Experience with Amazon AWS technologies, including API Gateway, Lambda, Dynamodb, S3 and ElasticSearch.
+ Object oriented design
+ Analysis of algorithms
+ AWS Certification (Solutions architect) is a big plus
+ Knowledge of functional programming concepts is a plus
+ Distributed computing, with experience in cloud computing is a plus (Amazon Web Services platform and associated technologies)
