As a Senior Software Engineer, you are well rounded in the practice of managing and driving software development application life cycle. You enrich teams with their ability to work on the current need: working on frontend and backend technologies and tools , or anything in between. You are a self-driven, enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer with a continuous learning mindset, a passion for technology, and a can-do positive/proactive attitude. You are a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills You're passionate about implementing functionality in incremental slices of value for the sole purpose of delighting the customer. Finally, you thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the power of a team over the individual.



• Performance-driven, involved in developing enterprise enabled product features.
• Experience developing product functionality based on front end technologies.
• Experience building unit and integration tests.
• Embrace and implement Agile development framework and methodologies.
• Staying up to date on relevant open source technologies and planning non disruptive technology upgrades for production infrastructure
• Main focus on coding and debugging

Duties and Responsibilities

• Hands-on development in full stack development experience with front end tech stack like Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, bootstrap etc.) and backend experience in core java or nodeJS.
• This role will be heavily leaning with the on hands development based on front end technologies.
• Takes pride in their work in developing and delivering software applications that matter to enterprise customers. Help to design, build, and roll out features with enterprise performance and security.
• Working as a part of an Agile software development team.
• Bringing energy to the team and working to tackle problems
• Build solutions based on microservice design principles and repeatable processes.
• Develop, train and mentor Software Engineers.
• Work closely with internal teams like testing, support for solving customer escalations

Required Experience/Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in front end and server side technologies
• Demonstrated proficiency with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React or Angular UI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals; Algorithms and Data structures is required.
• Experience developing Backend services; Micro Services, Rest based API or Web based API.
• Demonstrated experience in writing clean code in large codebases is required.
• Problem-solver with exceptional hands-on technical skills
• Excellent communications skills, Team player
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, Scrum and Sprint models
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack

Nice-to-Haves



• Experience in ANT, JUnit, Maven technologies is a plus
• Knowledge of Docker containers, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure is a plus
• Passion to explore new tools, frameworks, utilities is desired

Education

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree from an accredited University or equivalent in a technical field; Computer Science highly preferred.
