Role details:

• Title / Designation: Senior Software Development Engineer - 3
• Location: Kolkata
• Work Mode: Full-time / WFO

• Own the full life cycle from ideation to design, development, and delivery.
• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, design, tasks, and code.
• Install best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work.
• Building reusable platforms like workflow , integration frameworks, form field access privilege , data security etc
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work closely with all stakeholders towards strategic planning and product roadmap development with a delivery schedule.
• Drive team to achieve sprint goals and timely bug-free deliveries to delight customers
• Monitor and assess overall system performance using tools like new relic and optimize it .

• 7+ years of experience in Node JS, Nest JS, Express Js Relationship Database, and DevOps.
• Experience of working in product such as Bitbucket, AWS, NewRelic.
• Working knowledge of modules such as sequelizer
• Expertise in writing API\'s in Node.JS and strong knowledge in MVC architecture
• Proficient in writing SQL Queries, stored procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to deep dive into the problems to help your team and make the right technical decisions.
• Ability to switch between different technologies and learn new skills quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Process oriented, Punctual, experience with product companies.
• B.Tech from IIT /NIT /BITS pilani will be an added advantage.
