What You'll Be Responsible For:




• Develop and implement CSS solutions to enhance the user experience of our web applications.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to transform visual designs into interactive and responsive web pages.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices for CSS and front-end development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CSS and front-end development, ensuring our applications are built using modern techniques.
• Optimize and refactor existing CSS code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.




What You'll Bring to Maropost:




• B.E/B.Tech
• Proven experience (3+ years) in front-end development with a strong focus on CSS.
• Expertise in CSS3, HTML5, and pre-processing platforms such as SASS or LESS.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with CSS frameworks and libraries such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Bulma.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, Alpine.js, or Angular.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
