Skills
? B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
? 3+ years of software development experience.
? Strong experience in developing software applications using JAVA, J2EE, Spring, Web framework, Active MQ & Web services
? Good experience in unit testing using Junit
? Good experience in ant-scripting
? Strong database development skills and experience in SQL performance tuning
? Exceptional knowledge and proven experience with Object Oriented design and
development
? Strong problem-solving skills
? Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
? Strong quality orientation and customer focus
? Good team player with the ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced
environment
? Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-inspired delivery methodology
? Experience working on AWS, GitHub, Dockers
Key Areas of Responsibility
? Design, develop, review and test software applications
? Participate in reviews of code, design, and requirement specifications to ensure feasibility
? Mentor and improve team's technical capabilities and establish best practices for software development
? Work with customers to understand and fix specific problems that they face
? Work with various stakeholders to ensure the right software is built
? Provide regular updates on progress and delays encountered during development
? Delivery against release plans: Lead development of key features and fixing bugs.
? Collaboration with Support: Work closely with support, investigate and address customer's issues.
? Team Enablement: Mentor junior engineers and help accelerate work towards becoming a self-sustaining team
