We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager with extensive experience in generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT and other advanced language models. The ideal candidate will lead a team of software engineers, drive AI driven projects, and oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions leveraging generative AI. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software engineers specializing in generative AI technologies. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of AI driven applications and solutions. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define AI project goals and deliverables. Ensure the optimization and fine tuning of generative AI models for improved performance and user experience. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth. Stay abreast of industry advancements and integrate cutting edge technologies into projects. Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication effectively. Qualifications: Proven experience in software development and engineering management. Extensive hands-on experience with generative AI technologies such as ChatGPT and GPT 3. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong leadership, problem solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in natural language processing (NLP). Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI/ML models.
