As a Senior Software Engineer at JLL Technologies, you will:

Work closely with the Product Management team to understand product requirements and translate them into executable tasks.

Develop new features, enhance existing features, and optimize existing functionality, from conception and design through testing and deployment

Support the customer services team addressing escalated issues in a variety of areas

Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code

Participate in code reviews

Optimize and performance tune the application

Work with globally distributed development teams

Design functionality on the Salesforce platform including the way Salesforce interacts and is used by other essential business systems.



What We Look For

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and governance standardization as well as a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform or or equivalent work experience

Salesforce implementation skills with good command on Apex programming,, Triggers, Configuration, LWC, controllers,, batch processes, lightning, SOQL, REST APIs and web services.

Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings etc)

Advanced Salesforce experience with Classic and Lightning components

Experience with the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging using Metadata API, and code coverage.

Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment and Governor limit

Project execution experience across multiple teams

An ability to translate GTM and CS needs to system configuration specifications.



Desirable skills:

Good knowledge of Salesforce Application and Force.com platform

API Design concepts and Development of RESTful and SOAP web services

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular

At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of professional experience on Salesforce Sales cloud and Force.com platform

Experience building and maintaining applications on Salesforce platform

Expertise with LWC framework and Web services

Experience with the cloud ecosystem, preferably Salesforce and Azure

Experience with agile methodologies

Team player with a collaboration-oriented mindset is essential.



Certifications:

Salesforce Certifications is a plus
