The Financial Planning and Analysis team is a product development is fully owned end to end in Bangalore center (Intuit India Development Centre). The team cherishes its high performance, startup engineering culture and takes pride in world class engineering practices such as engineering excellence, operational excellence, customer empathy and data-based decision making.


Qualifications
------------------


• 5+ years professional experience developing web, software, or mobile applications
• 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and React
• Experience with iOS will be an added advantage
• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
• Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 5+ Experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST or GraphQL
• Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong understanding of the Software design/architecture process
• Experience with unit testing & Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiar with the development challenges inherent with highly scalable and available web applications
• Always Be Learning: Experience with open source technologies


Responsibilities
--------------------


• You take pride in creating Front End magic
• Deep customer empathy and ability to quickly translate insights into mockups, wireframes, and working proof-of-concept code
• Expertise in the successful delivery of high quality web application code (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.)
• Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications and solutions.
• Designing/developing web, software, mobile apps, prototypes, or proofs of concepts (POCs)
• Roughly 80-90% hands-on coding.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the project
• Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
• Ability to mock out server side dependencies to move fast. Knowledge of server side development processes, tools, and technology is a huge plus
• Basically, someone who can get stuff done
