Position Overview

Senior Software Engineer candidate have sound working knowledge of Data Warehouse/Mart concepts and rich hands-on experience in integration with Multiple ETL tools like Informatica, Snowpipe and working knowledge on SAAS application like Snowflake. Collaborate with Engineers and team members to evaluate their requirements regarding data and ensure their needs are met. Have experience in integration space and understanding of Finance Data reporting

You will report to manager and its a hybrid work mode

Responsibilities

You will develop complex and clear technical solution requirements and specifications for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Articulates us technology solutions and requirements to diverse internal/external team members, integrating process, business rules, and data to meet our needs

Hands-on experience in ETL tools like Informatica and SAAS application like Snowflake

Data QA skills and prior work experience in Finance Data Reporting Platform

Understanding of Data Lineage, Source to target mapping is needed

Understand systems, data flows and architecture to assist with the creation and standardization of technology solutions

You will participate in meetings with users, project managers, and developers to automate, upgrade, or expand applications that accomplish business operations of assigned work unit(s)

You will design and format technical specification documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, and other information or processes needed to describe required system changes for development, QA, and other internal customers

You will facilitate the general workflow and direct the project\'s daily tasks to make sure all documentation is updated with us

You will work with the engineering development team to make sure the requirements are delivered

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Exp in ETL

3+years of experience in Snowflake development

5+ years of hands on experience with Informatica development

Experience in Python scripting

Working knowledge of new technologies like Snowflake, Snowpipe

Knowledge of Database like Hana

Experience with Data visualization tools like Power BI and Business Objects

Experience with database query tools and languages

Must demonstrate and analytical skills to determine issues and resolutions with us

With multiple teams within the group and be able to raise issues for management action

Prior demonstrated experience with business analysis, requirements and data gathering

Work with multiple partners on a high visibility project

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer science or equivalent

Certification in ETL or data Visualization tool

Certification in Snowflake
