Senior Software Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Cloud Platform Builder Team
We are building cloud platform toolset using cloud infrastructure automation tools to enable application teams to move services to public cloud & cloud-native infrastructure. As part of this team, you will develop tools and automation to provide application teams the infrastructure and tooling to build, deploy and operate applications at scale.
The role is ideal for:

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code, follow best practices. Write unit and integration tests
• Collaborate with application teams to understand development processes and guide them towards best practices and automation
• Develop and integrate tools to automate CI & CD pipeline buildouts for application teams
• Develop tools for application teams to provision services on different technologies
• Collaborate with Cloud Security team to code Security Policies & Compliance requirements
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Team to define enterprise guidelines for cloud architecture

Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of experience building backend services, web frontend frameworks, CI & CD tools
• Experience configuring Build, Integration and Deployment pipelines
• Experience writing Infrastructure Code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with and strong knowledge of Containerization and Docker
• Experience deploying to Kubernetes, writing Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts is a plus
• Excellent coding skills, Strong knowledge of Linux and scripting languages
• Good understanding of HTTP Load Balancer, Service Oriented Architecture, TLS
• Knowledge of different deployment strategies: Rolling, Blue-Green, Canary
• Knowledge of Cloud (AWS or GCP or Azure) Infrastructure: Network, Security, Storage etc.
• Knowledge of any of the following is a plus - Ansible, Spinnaker, GKE/EKS etc.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
