Senior Software Engineer II for Radiometer is responsible for Designing and implementation of test cases / Automation on medical devices. This position is part of the Software R&D team located in Bangalore, India and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses. You will be a part of the ABL80/9 software team and report to the Manager responsible for the deliveries of the software Verification/Releases.   • Responsible for designing and implementation of test cases for verification for embedded windows software of next generation medical device.
  • Define Product tests cases, System test cases & Components tests by analyzing user requirements and writing tests to verify SW implementation with quality in mind.
  • Assume responsibility for overall testing needs, execute manual tests and develop scripts to automate the manual tests.
  • Test script and test harness development and maintenance. Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis.
  • Ensuring full compliance with relevant work practices, as required by authorities for medical device product development
  • Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system.
  • Demonstrate Danaher values and adopt Danaher Business System tools across team.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelors / Master?s in computer science / Information Technology or Equivalent in related field.
  • 6 ? 12 Yrs Experience in Manual and Automated Testing in Embedded systems. (Medical domain experience is an added advantage).
  • Four-year-degree (BE/BTech) in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent.
  • Testing, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Test Methods, Test Metrics and Effecting Test case creation.
  • Windows test automation experience.
  • C#, Scripting knowledge along with knowledge of automation framework like WinApp Driver, Selenium etc.
  • Programming skills in C#/.NET/MVVM/SQL and Win32 API. (Must Have)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. (Preferable)
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager is preferable.
  • Experience working within a SCRUM/Agile environment. (Preferable)
  • Self-driven and team oriented. (Preferable)
  • Experience in Medical system is preferable.
