As a Senior Software Engineer for Identity Administration, you are responsible for all code and configuration related technical aspects of the Identity Administration product. You will continuously strive to increase the product coverage, adoption and capabilities and thereby helping to secure adidas\' critical infrastructure and data. As a key member of the Information Security team, you will significantly influence the security posture of our company.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You will be key for turning the Identity vision of the company into reality
• Responsible for all technical aspects of the Identity Administration product, including ownership for its technical components
• Drive the integration of new applications into adidas\' Identity Administration platform
• Frequently identify and deliver useful automations and new use cases
• Manage, guide and mentor progressively a team of internals & externals
• Strive towards best-in-class quality in all aspects of your & related areas of responsibility
• Closely collaborate and deliver technical capabilities to other Information Security products, in particular Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management
• Integrate and re-use capabilities of other Information Security products to render your product more effective and better protected
• Frequently connect with other roles/peers in the Identity Administration product to ensure a great end-user experience
• Plan and deliver the product roadmap in close alignment with the product owner
• Support the Identity Administration product owner in calibrating the product strategy
• Ensure all product related infrastructure is regularly security verified
• Integrate continuous security & quality validations in all delivery & operational aspects
• Act as the escalation point for issues in your area of responsibility
• Possess thorough technical understanding on all aspects of the product and its components
• Plan major activities (like upgrades) with minimum to no service impact along with the operations managers
• Ensure internal and external standards and compliance requirements are met
• Help resolve Identity & Access related audit findings
• Establish and maintain suitable dashboards, KPI\'s and documentation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 8+ years of demonstrated successful and progressive experience in Information Security, including at least 5+ years in Identity Management
• Hands-on experience with multiple IGA products and technologies required
• Willingness to adjust to & master new technologies, products and related skills
• Clear understanding of non-technical business requirement and ability to translate them into technical use-case is required
• Ability to solve multi-dimensional problems (technical/analytical/algorithmic/management) is required
• Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in computer science, Information Security or related field is required
• Self-Motivation and very high quality and time commitment for delivery is required
• Security technology certifications preferred but not mandatory
• Background with strong development skill with different languages like Java, Java script, C, PHP preferred
• Knowledge of web technologies is preferred
• Experience with CI/CD practices and related tools
• Knowledge of new/developing technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure is required
• Strong teamwork and ability to work with different type of stakeholders
• Management and prioritization of tasks and time efficiently
• Technical advisor and problem solver
• Understanding about the importance of self-initiative and proactive approach on recurring activities
• Experience & preference to work in a global, diverse, and inclusive organization
