Consult with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Subject Master Expert and business users to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed technical design document from which programs will be written.Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.Primary Responsibilities:

• Walk-thru the technical design document with PO/SM/Agile team members and business users
• Review the details design & develop or modify the existing batch or online modules programs
• Prepare test planning & setup test data. Prepare test automation. Execute test planning based on project requirements
• Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
• Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
• Adhere to all quality requirements
• Be able to work independently
• Basic, structured, standard approach to work

EligibilityTo apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 12 months in the current Role/Grade/Level
• Not on Active CAP at the time of applying for the IJP
• Employees currently at Grade 24 will move to the next grade and Grade 25 (Lateral Movement) can apply for this position
• Last Review rating of Meets Expectations or Exceeds Expectations

Required Qualifications:

• B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
• 4+ years of experience on Java stack:

• Solid knowledge on JAVA, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, SOAP and Rest APIs
• Solid knowledge on Apache Spark, Apache Kafka and Streaming
• Knowledge on Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, SonarQube, ]Artifactory, GIT, Unit Testing and Mocking
• Good knowledge on Agile practices
• Proven ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
• Proven solid problem solving, analytical kills
• Proven good communication and presentation skills
• Proven good attitude and self-motivated
• Adaptable to work in evening shift (11:30 am - 8.30 pm or 2:30 PM - 12AM)

Preferred Qualification:

• Any knowledge on health care industry
