Job Description

Responsibilities for PeopleSoft : - Utilize best practices, standards, and processes, troubleshoot issues, record test results, track and prioritize defects across multiple test phases (unit, system, and integration testing). - Work through a project lifecycle with multiple parallel workstreams under aggressive timelines with minimal ramp-up time. - Coordinate and communicate with team members and distributed business users as needed. - Modules used in PeopleSoft - Core HR, Employee Self Service, Benefits Administration, Payroll Interface (Version 9.1). - Generates scheduled and ad hoc queries and reports. - Strong/Advance knowledge of PS Query. - Troubleshoot login issues with PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, ADP eTime and Payroll Work Center. - Troubleshoot system issues with ADP eTime and log cases with the ADP Solution Center as needed. - User Acceptance Testing includes activities for new system functionality and bug fixes. - Work with IT on the PS feed that populates the Intranet phonebook/Outlook. Qualifications for PeopleSoft - Candidates must have strong communication skills. - Candidates must have experience in HR and FIN Modules. - Strong delivery focus and expertise in analysis and process improvement. - Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, 9.1, 9.0, 8.30, 8.0 (HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Recruiting) . - Minimum Graduation is required. - Candidates must have 4 - 5 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills : PeopleSoft HCM : - Core HR, Job Data Management, Position Management, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Benefits, T&L, Absence Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Career Planning and NA Payroll. People Tools : - App. Designer, App. Engine, Component Interfaces, People Code, Upgrade . - Assistant, Workflow, Fluid UI. - PS Admin Tools: Process Scheduler, Data Mover, Security, Application Server. - Reporting : SQR, PS Query. - Database/Servers: Oracle 9i/10g, 11gR2, DB2, MS SQL Server.
