Bullpen Talent matches the most talented contractors with top U.S. companies and brands.Our client is a leading high-growth, venture backed HR tech SaaS company looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer/Engineer based in Pune or Delhi India to join their full-stack department. Please note there will be a technical and coding portion of the interview process.You will join the core engineering team to scale up their product development towards an AI and data-driven recruiting SaaS. You will be working with top AI researchers and infrastructure gurus.Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Node and Java technologies.
• Give comprehensive engineering technical design and concrete documentation.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs to support product functionalities.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of applications.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate proactively and effectively with product managers and designers to optimize user experience on the platform.
• Give comprehensive engineering technical design and concrete documentation.
• Establish yourself as an owner of a particular component, feature, or system with expert end-to-end understanding.
• Successfully complete projects at a bigger scope while maintaining a consistent high level of collaboration and productivity.

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Node and Java technologies.
• 4+ years of experience on a large scale and high-performance web development experience, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering related fields
• Good sense of UI/UX design for enterprise-grade SaaS
• Strong proficiency in modern Javascript, HTML and CSS3
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node, Java, Python etc.
• Proficiency in understanding of HTTP and web technology.
• Proficiency in modern app frameworks such as ReactJS/VueJS/AngularJS, NestJS/NodeJS, and Spring.
• Familiarity with engineering concepts related to operating systems, Networking, file-systems etc.
• Familiarity with REST architecture, Relational Database/NoSQL Databases, Kubernetes, etc.
• Be open mind and have a learning attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and oral English communication capability
