As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of both front-end and back-end components of our platforms. You will work with technologies including React, Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, and Kafka to develop high-performance, scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React and Next JS.
• Implement back-end services with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.
• Develop and manage event streaming with Kafka.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Apply 12-factor application principles to build robust, scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement processes.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and new feature development.
• Implement automation, monitoring, logging, and alerting for continuous deployment.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive 9+ experience with front-end development using React, NextJS.
• Proficient in back-end development with Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin.
• Experience with event streaming technologies, particularly Kafka.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding and application of 12-factor app principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
