What does our team do This position is for thedivision that enables the MSPs to streamline, manage their operations, and achieve operational maturity with the following products and many more. BrightGauge: KPI (key performance indicators) dashboards and reporting software, Service Leadership: a data-driven approach to increasing shareholder value and profitability. All these products are Multi-tenant SaaS (Software as a Service) applications hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services) cloud. React and AngularJS based frontends and Python (Flask, Django) based backends. NoSQL databases like MongoDB and SQL databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and MySQL. AWS Lambda, S3, Elastic Search, Containers. The team is involved in the development of features, scaling, and meeting performance requirements. The team has mature development, Continuous Integration, and Scrum practices. What will you be working on You would be Working on one or more of these products and features. Writing maintainable, testable, and secure code and Deploying primarily on AWS cloud. Solving the technical challenges that arise in the field. You\'re highly productive while writing quality code. What is the interview process Your application will be screened within 30 days. All Engineering positions will go through 3 rounds of technical interviews. Each round will be approximately 1 hr which is then followed by a managerial round and an HR Round. Please note all rounds will be done subject to feedback provided in the earlier round. There will be a face-to-face interview at the Bangalore office during the final 2 rounds. Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies Must be proficient in AngularJS web development and Python, Django and willing to work on Golang Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers, routers, etc. Knowledge of Modern JavaScript, CSS / CSS, HTML Willing to work on Django, Golang, AngularJS, and React Redux as per business needs Able to conceptualize and design high-quality product features Ability to contribute to common platform components for UI Knowledge of modern patterns, technologies, and methodologies like MicroServices Strong at problem-understanding and solving Mentor and Coach juniors and unleash their potential Able to conceptualize, design and implement high-quality product features and keen eye for user experience Unit Test Case\'s best practices, TDD (Test Driven Development) Knowledge of building pipelines and build tools like Webpack Understanding of RESTful APIs Experience working with Agile Methodology Good communication abilities with strong analytical and logical skills Should be able to communicate with UX, and cross-functional teams.
