Position Summery



This is an opportunity to be a fullstack engineer in a high-growth company working with an amazing team that is building the best Chaos Engineering product in the market . In this role, you will be part of the Chaos Engineering product and responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software that has a direct impact on the company's product experience.



About The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain critical software in a fast-paced quality conscious environment
• Author software functional specifications and design documents
• Quickly understand complex systems/code and own key pieces of the system, including the delivered quality
• Design and implementation of scalable algorithms
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in a distributed computing environment
• Perform peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code
• Work alongside Site Reliability Engineers and cross functional teams to diagnose/troubleshoot any production performance related issues

We work in Java, Golang, and Python. Our systems are built on top of Docker, Kubenetes, MongoDB, TimescaleDB, GCP - Stackdriver, GCS, Cloud composer, AI Platform

Roles & Responsibilities





+ Design, develop, and maintain critical software in a fast-paced quality conscious environment.
+ Author software functional specifications and design documents
+ Quickly understand complex systems/code and own key pieces of the system, including the delivered quality
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in a distributed computing environment.
+ Perform peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code
+ Work alongside Site Reliability Engineers and cross-functional teams to diagnose/troubleshoot any production performance-related issues
+ You will work across many technologies such as ReactJs, Java, Golang, JavaScript Our systems are built on top of Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, TimescaleDB, GCP - Stackdriver, GCS, AI Platform

About You

• A desire to build products that solve complex technical problems for end users
• 3-6 years of experience developing highly scalable, distributed applications, products and services in Java, Golang or similar languages
• Possess Full Stack Engineering experience and demonstrate both front end and back end work experience
• Experience in Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.
• Deep understanding of how distributed resilient software is built and deployed
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills
• Comfort in working in short, agile, iterative development cycle
• Strong desire to work in an unstructured, fast-moving startup environment

B Tech degree in CS or equivalent
