• Implementing and supporting end-to-end CI/CD systems using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision, configure, and manage cloud-based resources.
• Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms using tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, or New Relic to proactively identify and address performance issues and security threats.
• Collaborate closely with team members across the company to continuously innovate Devops strategy based on their evolving needs.
• Implementing automation to monitor and gain more insight into applications and system health.
• Troubleshoot and identifying problem areas within the current software systems and crafting efficient solutions
• Develop, improve, and maintain our infrastructure codebase.
• Craft and implement critical metrics using various analytics methods and dashboards

IMPORTANT : Please note that this is a 100% hands-on role. Our assessment process focuses on this. Please excuse us if you cannot demonstrate deep dive hands-on skills.Core Requirements

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience 6+ years in a DevOps role.
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and related services, with experience in architecting and managing cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proficiency in IaC languages like Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and tooling development.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

Good to have skills

• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Certified Jenkins Engineer are a plus.
• Programming knowledge of Java or any other comparable language will be an added advantage.
