What you\'ll do :

• Hands-on experience in leading teams and effectively managing team members to achieve objectives.
• Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs to support various applications and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and scalability to ensure the reliability and efficiency of backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing phases, and implement timely solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends in backend development, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

What makes you a great fit :

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven 4+ experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of backend development concepts and principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js, along with experience with backend frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or Express.js.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, including relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
