: Software Engineer

Overview:
Afynd Private Limited is seeking driven Software Engineer who will be working on both the front-end and back-end of our applications, ensuring that they are functional, efficient, and user-friendly. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development:
-Build and maintain interactive, responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Utilize front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to enhance user experiences.
-Implement design mockups and ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility.
Back-End Development:
-Develop server-side logic, APIs, and services using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
-Design and manage database schemas and integrate with data storage solutions (SQL or NoSQL).
-Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
Full Stack Integration:
-Coordinate front-end and back-end development efforts to create cohesive, functional applications.
-Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire tech stack.
-Ensure smooth data flow and user interactions between the front-end and back-end components.
Project Management:
-Participate in planning, estimation, and scoping of projects.
-Engage in agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
Quality Assurance:
-Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.
-Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
-Address and resolve bugs and performance issues.
Continuous Improvement:
-Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
-Propose and implement improvements to development processes and tools.
-Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior developers.
Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong portfolio of full stack development projects.
• Technical Skills:

-Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
-Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
-Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
-Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
-Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Soft Skills:

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with additional technologies or frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Django).
