Financial Services Cloud is a Salesforce.com product that has been designed to support wealth management, retail banking, commercial banking, and insurance carrier markets. When FSC was first released, it was initially designed to support wealth management.
As a Sr. Technical Cloud Consultant, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within on the largest technology providers in the world. Maintain & Lead overall responsibility for technical resolutions as per the customer standards/requirements to ensure the success of the project
Act as main point of contact for both client and PM through escalations, technical design, and development as well as deployment and support
Understand that the essential importance of business and technical processes is interrelated for project success
Daily activities include but not limited to:
Understand customer requirements from BA and seek clarifications
All development should comply Salesforce.com recommended standards and avoid creating duplicate Fields, Objects, Validation, or any Configurations etc.
Attend Meeting setup by PM and update the status of tasks allocated Minimum 6+ years of related SFDC experience as a cloud consultant
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Sales or Service Cloud Certification
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com configuration, workflow and approval process, organizational security controls, sharing rules, queues and public groups, role hierarchy and user profiles, Data Migration process from legacy systems and Reports and dashboards
Minimum 5 years\' experience working with the overlap of business and technical processes to drive design solutions and form/drive related plans.
