Responsibilities (job role and routine responsibilities of this position):

Must be able to deliver to deadlines, with suitable quality, not allowing impediments to delay delivery.

Must be able to work on their own initiative, proactively seeking information and resolutions to issues.

Can rapidly absorb new technical information and apply it effectively.

Able to multi-task, contributing to multiple projects at the same time.

Highly flexible, including willingness to work away from home base and out of hours.

A good team player capable of delivering results as part of a team spanning multiple sites.

Analysis, design, development, unit testing and execution with coding standard

Mentor and coach the team members.

Attend Project meetings and status calls with partners and development team.

Accountable for quality of deliveries coming out of the team

Must Have - Technical Skills:

Should have 5 to 10 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft technologies, principally .NET.

Mastery of C#, data structure, basic algorithms, and object oriented programming. Able to perform any task or from scratch implementation. Seen internally as a leader in this area. Assists in defining best practices.

Extensive work experience in web development (Asp.Net MVC)

Passion towards learning and leveraging new technologies

Strong in web Technology

Expert knowledge of C#, .NET platform, ASP.NET Ajax, JSON, JavaScript and/or jQuery, HTML/DOM/CSS

Solid understanding of software design patterns.

Interested to work in .Net Environment
