Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software solutions using C++, Python, or Java in a Linux environment.
- Write and optimize Perl and shell scripts for automation and system management tasks.
- Work extensively with Linux operating systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Design, implement, and manage storage virtualization or Linux virtualization solutions, including ESXi Hypervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues related to storage and virtualization.
- Continuously improve software engineering practices and processes.
- Proficiency in Perl programming.
- Strong experience with shell scripting.
- Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with storage virtualization, Linux virtualization, or ESXi Hypervisor.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and GIT version control.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with hyper-converged storage solutions.
- Knowledge of NVME subsystems.
